The service

Restarts Visuals is a browser-based music visualizer. It runs on your device; your audio is processed locally and is not uploaded to us.

Your content

Videos you record are yours. You are responsible for having the rights to any music, images or other material you use, and for following the rules of the platforms where you post.

Subscriptions

• Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your Account page; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload, resell or reverse-engineer the paid parts of the service, or share your account.

Ownership of the software

Restarts Visuals, including its code, shaders, scenes, visual designs and branding, is owned by BCThomasLLC and protected by copyright. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not copy, scrape, decompile, de-obfuscate, re-host, clone or redistribute any part of the software, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts and take legal action, including DMCA takedown notices, against copies.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Performance depends on your browser and graphics hardware. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
